Co-Owner and Founder of Square One Animal Retreat. Head of our Graphics, Marketing, and Media team provided by her Graphic Design business "Digital Artistri". Worked with dogs for over 10 years. Grooming for 13 years. Graphic Communications for 10 years. Grooming instructor for 5 years. Canine expert for over 10 years. Danielle enjoys lending a helping hand whenever she can in all departments. Prides herself in enlightening clients in the best care for their dogs in all care aspects such as behavior, grooming, and health. You may not see her a lot in person, but know she plays a VERY big part in the care of your companions.
Bianca Brown
Co-Owner and Founder of Square One Animal Retreat. Head of our Operations and Services team. Worked with animals for over 16 years. Grooming for 7 years. Animal care attendant and care giver for 16 years. Animal expert for 12 years. Bianca makes sure each department is running as smoothly as possible for clients, team members, and animals alike. Prides herself in creating rapports with clients and team members and showing each and every animal love and respect.
Bria Brown
Head of our Customer Mediation team. Providing customer service for over 11 years. Worked in the customer service field for 11 years. Team Lead for 5 years. Management/ Supervisor for 7 years. Bria upholds all of our values as a business and as an individual. She prides herself in sharing our values amongst family, friends, and clients while ensuring team members are upholding our goals, mission, and vision as a company and applying them to ALL. She will assist those that were NOT receiving soaring service from our company.
Violette Smith
Head of our Business and Management team. Management and Program Analyst for over 30 years. 25 years of federal government service. Currently holds her Master Degree from the University of Maryland University College. Handles all of our company's business, marketing, and accounting consults while upholding our values. You may see her from time to time during operation. She'll be wearing a smile and diligently working towards our goals, mission, and vision.
